Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
- 16 oz nitrate-free sausage, sliced
- 2 Tbsps avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (or any of your favorite seasoning blends)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees f. and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add the broccoli florets and sausage to your prepared pan.
- Drizzle with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with all of the seasonings.
- Use your clean hands to combine everything really well.
- Roast for 15-18 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp to your liking.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese then roast for 2 additional minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
